MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES

The follow-up after an inspection should not consume your day.

Stop chasing attendance, missing photos, and issue owners—or rebuilding records when someone asks for evidence.

01

Did the inspector reach the site?

Signatures, check-ins, and verbal updates do not prove that every critical checkpoint was visited.

Keep the person, place, and time together
02

What is the issue status?

Photos scattered across chat threads make rework and final resolution hard to follow.

Track each issue from discovery to closure
03

Does every shift follow one standard?

Paper forms rely on experience, so new staff and substitute shifts can miss required items.

Define required checks and completion rules
04

Can you retrieve the record now?

Audits and incidents should not trigger a search through paper, photos, and disconnected timelines.

Search and export by condition

QUICK HELP

Questions managers ask before rollout.

01What if an NFC tap or QR scan fails?+

For NFC, confirm the feature is enabled. For QR, check camera permission, lighting, and that the code is intact.

02Why can’t an inspection form be submitted?+

Resolve the required-field prompts first. Issue items usually also require a reason and photo.

03What should I do when a task says “Resubmission required”?+

Open the task, read the return reason, correct the requested items, and submit clear new evidence.

04Does a supervisor need a computer to review?+

No. Supervisors can review inspection details and issue photos directly in the app.
