First, pick the inspection route that is most often missed, the most difficult to hand over, or the one that supervisors ask the most about.
Arrange NFC/QR spot
Work together to confirm the appropriate labels and installation locations on site, so that the personnel, location and time can be left alone.
Organize inspection contents
Set required items, numerical values, photos, and exception descriptions into a format that is easy to complete on site.
Get approval from supervisor
Confirm what the supervisor will want to see, when to return replacement copies, and which records need to be exported.
