For bosses and supervisors who need to master the scene

Inspections are done every day,
The supervisor cannot see the progress.

Let managers know every presence and exception

What the boss really cares about is whether people have arrived, what is abnormal, who will take over, and when it will be completed. EZROUND keeps arrival, filling, photos, sign-off and replacement documents in the same record.

Four Things Bosses and Supervisors Really Care AboutHave you arrived? What's wrongwho is handlingwhen to complete
OPERATIONS PAIN POINTS

What really consumes management time is
It was a follow-up question after the inspection.

Every day I have to ask whether the person has arrived, where the photos are, and who will handle exceptions. When I need information at short notice, I have to search again.

01

Do people really
To the scene?

With only signatures, check-ins or verbal reports, the supervisor still cannot confirm whether important points have been visited one by one.

Leave the person, location and time behind
02

Abnormal now
Where is it processed?

The photos are scattered in the LINE group, and it is difficult to return, replace, and improve the results on the same thing.

From discovery to completion
03

each class
Are they all held to the same standard?

The paper book is filled in based on experience, and it is easy for newcomers, substitutes, and cross-site operations to miss items or do their own things.

Fixed items and completion conditions
04

I need to record it temporarily,
Can you find it?

When audits, customer complaints or accidents occur, we start flipping through paper, reviewing photos and organizing timelines.

ONE APP, THREE ROLES

The boss doesn’t have to chase people one by one.
Supervisors don’t have to wait for paper copies either.

Managers first clearly set personnel, positions and standards; after completing the work on site, the supervisor directly takes over exceptions and sign-offs.

Live side

Approach, fill in, take photos, and finish before leaving the spot.

  • ✓NFC sensor or QR scan to confirm inspection point location
  • ✓Required rules help to complete the filling
  • ✓Abnormal photos and descriptions are automatically bound

REAL APPLICATIONS

First, look at the supervisors in the same industry.
What management issues are you most concerned about?

Each industry page first explains the management pain points most commonly encountered by supervisors, and then provides on-site areas, inspection items and exception handling examples.

Community and property

Community security patrol

It is difficult for the supervisor to confirm immediately whether the security guard arrived at the destination according to the route and whether the abnormal shift has been handed over.

View community patrol examples →
Manufacturing

Factory equipment inspection

Inspection records are scattered, and equipment abnormalities are often not seen until shutdown or shift change.

View factory inspection examples →
Commercial and real estate

Building facility inspection

Equipment and public areas are scattered, and maintenance progress is often left to verbal orders.

View property inspection examples →
Warehousing and Logistics

Warehouse and Logistics Center

There are many shifts and areas, and issues with shelves, forklifts and passages are easily missed during handovers.

View warehouse inspection examples →
chain operation

Store opening and closing inspections

There are many branches and it is difficult to have consistent standards. Supervisors can only rely on photos and information to ask questions from store to store.

View store inspection examples →
Food and cold chain

Refrigeration, freezing and cleaning inspection

Temperature and cleaning records are difficult to confirm in real time, and data are often scattered in different places when tracing abnormalities.

View examples of cold chain inspections →
Hotel and accommodation

Inspection of accommodation facilities

Supervisors need to see facility and cleaning anomalies sooner before deficiencies impact service

See examples of hotel inspections →
Educational field

Campus safety and equipment inspection

The site is large and there are many people, so it is easy to repeatedly report damaged and dangerous points without anyone taking over.

View campus inspection examples →
construction project

Construction site safety inspection

Risks change rapidly every day, and it is difficult to track photos, locations, and improvement responsibilities if they are scattered

A CLEARER WAY TO INSPECT

No need to ask questions one by one,
The evidence is always available.

Attendance, missing items, exceptions, replacement parts and approvals can all be reviewed along the same record.

HOW PEOPLE USE IT

Every operational pain point,
There are methods that can be put into practice.

Start with the things that supervisors ask most about every day and see how to leave complete records on site.

security patrol

Community security patrols

Whether the patrol has completed the entire route cannot only rely on the personnel on duty to report verbally.

View usage →
night duty

Community night patrol

If the location, time and handling of night-time incidents are not recorded, it will be difficult to continue the day shift

View usage →
Handover management

Security shift equipment inspection

Equipment and unfinished matters are only handed over verbally, and responsibilities tend to disappear during shift changes.

View usage →
Equipment inspection

Air compressor room inspection

Abnormalities in pressure, drainage and noise will be difficult to restore after shift change if the certificate is not immediately recorded.

View usage →
fire safety

Fire equipment inspection

There are many points and they are scattered. Replenishing the meter at the end of the month cannot prove that the equipment was really normal at that time.

View usage →
Cold chain management

Refrigerator and freezer inspection

If the storage temperature deviation and door seal abnormality are discovered at a later stage, it may affect the entire batch of goods.

View usage →
Store operations

Store opening inspection

If deficiencies in store opening are discovered after the store is open, it will directly affect customers and operations.

View usage →
Exceptional improvement

Abnormal photography and repairs

The photos are scattered in the chat group, and it is difficult to match the reasons for return and improvement results.

01What should I do if NFC cannot be detected or QR scanning fails?+

For NFC, please confirm that the phone has the function turned on and place the sensing position close to the tag; for QR, please confirm the camera permissions, light and image code integrity. If it shows "Not archived" or "Not an inspection point for this task", please contact your supervisor or manager to confirm the label and task.

02Why can't the inspection form be sent out?+

First look for the required prompts on the screen. Abnormal projects usually require reasons and photos; overdue tasks require additional reasons. When finished, click "Send" again.

03What should I do when I see "Parts to be supplemented"?+

Open the task and first read the supervisor's reason for return. The system will bring in the last content, correct the specified items, add clear photos and re-submit.

04Does the supervisor have to use a computer to sign?+

No need. The supervisor can view the inspection content and abnormal photos directly on the APP, select "Approve" or fill in the reasons and "Return for replacement".

05I see the wrong organization or identity after logging in, how do I switch?+

Open the menu in the upper left corner, first switch to the current organization, and then select the manager, supervisor or inspector status. The identity is set according to the organization. Please confirm again after switching organizations.
